Shipping policy
We ship our orders with PostNL. It takes 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. PostNL delivers packages within the Netherlands the next day. In busier delivery periods, this process may be delayed (think of holidays). We have no influence on this and therefore we ask for your understanding. PostNL also delivers within Europe, so this is possible. Do you want to receive an order outside Europe? Then please contact us.
Return policy
If your item is broken and you have done the following points, we will of course pay the return costs.
- Wash the clothes inside out
- Do not wash clothes above 30 degrees

Did you order the wrong size or do you not like the item?
You may return your item within 14 days. The return costs are for the account of the customer. Always use the following form when returning. (Click here for the return form)

Returns are only possible on the condition that:
– You return the relevant product to us.

There is a reflection period of 14 days.
